Machinery

  • Two conventional lathes, which both have a swing of 500 and a length of 1500mm

  • One knee type milling machine

  • One LEADWELL T6 CNC lathe fitted with a Siemens control

 

We produce:

Precision components to a high standard of finish as per your requirements.

 

We try to maintain good lead times by working strictly according to delivery dates.

 

Batches of 20 plus are preferred for the CNC.

 

Prices are adjusted accordingly to quantities on order, with unit prices becoming cheaper on large batches.

 

CNC components can be reproduced from a sample or from AutoCad generated drawings.

 

We can do:

  • General and precision turning of components, using round bar, square bar and hexagon.

  • Boring and broaching of sprockets as well as fitting of taper locks.

  • General milling including profiling, keyways, drilling and tapping.

  • Resleeving and rebushing of worn parts and welding up and machining of parts back to size.

  • Premachining, assemble, welding and final machining of pulleys used in conveyoring systems.
