What you need to know

Our main materials used are:

Stainless steel grades 304 and 316
Mild steel grades en3, 8, 19 and 24
Plastics including acetal, nylon, hdpe and vesconite
Phosphor bronze, brass and aluminum

Available equipment:

two conventional lathes, which both have a swing of 500 and a length of 1500mm
a knee-type milling machine
A LEADWELL T6 cnc lathe with Siemens control

We concentrate on good lead times, and work strictly according to delivery dates.

Batches of 20 plus are preferred for the CNC.

CNC parts can be made as per sample or as per drawing using AutoCad generated drawings.
